Greetings!
Lots
of activity here at AQUADRY Systems this month. The service business has
been on a rampage as of late. We are getting news from all of our AQUADRY
vendors stating how busy they have been this summer. Rains, floods, fires
and bad weather have all attributed to record volumes of work this
summer.
Success stories are coming in from all of our AQUADRY Service
Providers. ACR Services in California has had substantial success with
their MP6 drying hotels, commercial buildings, schools and large
residential homes. Always on the cutting edge, they were able to dry out a
large gymnasium floor using the AQUADRY MP6 System and ensuring a large
dramatic savings to the client. After the drying the client's carrier only
had to pay for a limited sand and re-finish.
After
flooding destroyed large areas of land in Northwestern NY, Alexander Wall
Corporation (AWC) in Long Island, NY was called in to dry out a 60,000 SF
elementary school. AWC was able to mobilize two AQUADRY MD30 units and
deploy them to the job site in NY 206 miles away from it's Ronkonkoma
office. The majority of the school was under a foot of water. Once the
river water receded, the two MD30's went to work. The job was completed
within 12 days with little demolition. AWC also had a large gymnasium
floor which had to be saved after it was saturated with river water. The
floor was completely saved resulting in a substantial savings to the
school district. After the drying was complete, the wood gymnasium floor
required only a little sand and refinishing.
With success stories like these, it is evident from the AQUADRY Service
Providers that they are very satisfied with their return on their
investment. Many state they have more than paid for the purchase of their
machine. Now it is a large revenue stream. Insurance carriers are now
aware of the benefits of the AQUADRY system and in some market places have
expressly asked for the equipment to be placed on their particular jobs.
If this is the type of success you want to have in your business, go ahead

I Use an AQUADRY System to Dry Fires! |
 |
TLC Restoration, Inc. AQUADRY Service Provider since 2004 based in NJ
has dried all types of water damage projects. However, one of it's clients
Proformance Insurance company has used the AQUADRY machine to dry out a
large majority of it's fire damaged properties. "Fire damage", as stated
by the senior Director of Claims "has caused significant mold damage to
the structure if left unmitigated. We try to protect the structure and
limit future mold remediation claim costs by telling our vendors to dry
the structure immediately". Fire damaged properties are saturated with
water as result of the fire departments efforts to eradicate the dangerous
fires. However, during the settling of a claim, the structures are left
vacant and the resulting moisture build up due to the saturated contents
and structure causes mold to grow. "We have found if we dry the structure
immediately after a fire, we experience little or no mold growth."
declared the Director of Claims "Since the properties do not contain
electrical power or have limited power abilities, the AQUADRY MP6 is the
perfect solution. It's hot air drying technology coupled with it's limited
power usage enables the quick drying of the structure. This results in an
overall net claim savings to us as well as our policy holder. By far, the
AQUADRY System is the most efficient drying system we have experienced to
date." "Mold on fire claims dried with the AQUADRY System is no longer an
issue." affirmed the Director of Claims for Proformance Insurance Company.
